All Members are required to read these agreements before joining RewardCircle. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound to the terms
governing your participation.
RewardCircle is for the use of UK residents aged 18 years or over.
An individual can not join the RewardCircle more than once. Any individual with
multiple accounts will be withdrawn at RewardCircle discretion.
As a member, you agree to provide accurate information to RewardCircle and
partners of RewardCircle.
RewardCircle reserve the right to terminate any membership that becomes inactive or
dormant for 6 months. Every effort will be made to provide notice of such occurrences.
Unless notified, RewardCircle points can only be earned via the RewardCircle's official website
and from communication that we make to you, (for example mail, email, telephone)
Rewards earned are all ways recorded, however will only become available for redemption when the participating company makes payment.
RewardCircle is not responsible for changes or expirations of third party rewards, and bear no responsibility for inaccurate communications of rewards by any participating company.
Any taxes that result from earnings at RewardCircle are the responsibility of the receiver.
RewardCircle reserves the right to change available redemptions or reward amounts.
It is required that you use your username and password to identify yourself and will be required to provide them when making a redemption or earning
RewardCircle.
RewardCircle points may only be redeemed through the opening account and may not be transferred or pooled.
RewardCircle points have no monetary value and can only be used in redemption of rewards.
You may not sell nor barter RewardCircle points.
In the event of the individual or RewardCircle closing an account, points earned will be forfeited.
RewardCircle does not make any warranty, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality of, or assurance of any advertisement or any merchandise, products, or services offered or provided by third party companies participating in the
RewardCircle Rewards Programme.
Where an accounting error is made, we may adjust the balance of your account accordingly.
Adjustments will also be made if the participating company does not make payment to
RewardCircle. We may also adjust accounts with respect to multiple accounts, refunds and returns and if we suspect
fraudulent usage or any breech of terms.
RewardCircle reserves the right to terminate the RewardCircle Rewards Programme at any time.
From time to time, we may amend the terms. Your continuation to use RewardCircle
will be deemed as acceptance of terms and conditions.
