AirHelp addresses a real problem: airline passenger compensation can be legally straightforward in principle but frustrating to pursue in practice. The service handles claim preparation, airline communication and, where necessary, escalation on behalf of travellers whose flights were delayed, cancelled or otherwise disrupted. The attraction is convenience. There is no upfront fee, and AirHelp is paid only if compensation is successfully recovered. Its current referral programme is also clear: when a referred traveller receives compensation through an eligible claim, the referrer receives a €20 prepaid virtual card, with rewards available for up to 50 successful referrals. The trade-off is important: AirHelp charges a service fee from successful compensation, so travellers comfortable handling a claim themselves may keep more by going directly to the airline. Recent customer feedback is overwhelmingly positive overall, but recurring criticism focuses on fees and the time some claims can take. For travellers who value simplicity and assistance more than maximising every euro of a claim, AirHelp offers a credible, established way to reduce the administrative burden. — The Rebel Marketer
