The interface is clean, and the team seems active and responsive. I also appreciate the level of reporting and how easy it is to track returns over time.
⚠️ The only downside for me is that it usually takes 2–3 months from the moment you invest until you receive the first payment. So it’s not instant gratification — but once it starts, the flow is smooth and consistent.
Overall, I think it’s a good tool to diversify into real estate without the hassle of being a landlord.
