Irish Ferries is the classic "does what it says on the tin" choice for crossing the Irish Sea, offering a reliable bridge between the UK, Ireland, and France. While the W.B. Yeats is a modern, cruise-style dream, some of the older fleet can feel a bit "retro freighter" and definitely show their age. It’s perfect if you prioritize getting your car across with zero luggage stress, but keep a snacks bag handy to avoid the "captive audience" prices at the onboard brasserie.

Good ferry line, just expensive for the Ireland - UK route!! No competition :)
