From the point of view of survey payouts, Revolut behaves exactly like PayPal. Earnings are transferred almost instantaneously to the Revolut account. Since the Revolut account can be used as the one of a regular bank, the money can be immediately used to pay bills. With PayPal, the money has to be transferred to a bank account. Instant transfers are subject to a 1.75% fee. Revolut doesn’t have this problem.
