The exact benefit should therefore be checked in the app rather than treated as a fixed cash reward. Independent customer feedback is strong at very large scale. Users often praise competitive pricing and straightforward booking, although complaints about changes, refunds and customer-service handling are important reminders that third-party travel bookings can become more complicated when an itinerary goes wrong. I never book a train or a plane anywhere else. I'm diamond+ member now, just because I keep buying from here for the discounts and good prices. And now I get great rewards too! My partner and I are off to Amsterdam and we get free lounge access this time :)

The platform made it very easy to compare prices and find a great deal in a central location. I loved how all my reservation details and check-in info were easily accessible in the app throughout my trip.
